SIM SWAP GONE WRONG

I've had to do a SIM swap for my number three times in less than three months, and each time I end up paying for a new SIM card that sometimes works for just a day or two before becoming inactive again. Two weeks ago, I went to the store, and the consultant advised me to wait a couple of hours before using the new SIM, which I did. However, it's still not working. The line rings, but I'm not sure whose phone is ringing because it definitely isn't mine. This has become extremely frustrating, and it feels like I'm just throwing my money away. No one seems to be escalating the issue to IT to properly investigate and find the root cause of the problem with my line or number.
