Sim Swap *****

Vodacom allows for sim card to be cloned by way of sim swaps, while the number is still being used by their client. It simple means no security checks are when sim swaps are done.

********** 306 number was sim swapped, vodacom facilitated the transaction without verifying the details. Now the user has been de*****ed thousands of rands.

You are not helping anyone by porting the number back to vodacom. I need an answer. Who sim swamped the number on your side. You can't close this matter until you tell who did facilitated the sim swop.
