Sim swap for a 9 year old

im disgusted with the service I got from Vodacom, my 9 year old daughters phone was ******,I called in and asked if they could block the number, all was well, now I need to do a sim swap and they telling me they need to talk to my 9year old daughter.....she got the questions wrong because I'm the one who does all the transactions on her phone,no they tell me I need to go into the Vodacom shop with her......so must she now skip school for this?

she may as well rica her own SIM card if this is the case, I also have a 4 year old son who used the tablet,I'm assuming he will need to go to Vodacom and answer the questions too,my daughters number has now been flagged and they told me they will look into the matter....this is madness coz I've done this all by myself the first time her phone got ******.

I can't wait any longer for this, people easily open up cellphone contracts **********ly and Vodacom gladly gives their devices, all I want is my daughters numbers back.
