Sim swap done **********ly

Please explain to me how it's possible for someone to do a sim swap on my Sim card successfully and **********ly but when I want it to be reversed they have to check all my details then tell me I need to go to the nearest Vodacom shop tomorrow In order to do a Sim swap??? If you can only do it in a Voda shop then there are employees helping ********* with our details in order to get these Sim swaps done. Now I have to pay for another Sim swap and I am not even guaranteed that it will be the last one seeing as Vodacom allows anybody access to my accounts and personal details. This is absolutely unacceptable. This is why South Africa is going down the drain ********* are allowed access to everything!!!
