SIM SWAP DISPUTE

I contacted vodacom after realizing that my SIM Card has been swapped. Vodacom promised to investigate and get back to me within 14 days ,It has been over a month of waiting.I have called, sent email and nobody sims to care.

My SIM Card was **********ly swapped, the ********* used my whats app to ask money from my contacts.Only one person from my contacts sent money thinking that he was helping me. Vodacom requested a statement from me and my contact, all the documents they requested were sent to them.

Obviously the ********* is within Vodacom or is someone who has contacts from within Vodacom.I faile three times to swap my own SIM Card and ended up doing it at the Vodacom outlet. Vodacom doesnt seem to care about its clients,I was told not to call the customer care and when I call ***** department nobody answers.

Reviewer Update
On the 6th of November I wrote a complained about Vodacom. They promised to attend to my complain and to date I haven't heard anything from them. Vodacom doesn't seem to care about its clients,my sim card was **********ly swapped without my approval. I have been seeking answers from Vodacom and they dont seem to be interested in updating me.I received a call from Mr Qwabe Nodada three weeks after lodging a complain and he promised to investigate and get back to me. My brother was de*****ed because of Vodacom incompetence and now Mr Nodada seem to be protecting Vodacom even though they are at fault. Our personal information is supposed to be protected ,in this case Vodacom failed to authenticate the person who requested sim swap.Or maybe they assisted a ********* to get my information. All I want is for this problem to be resolved, ignoring the problem wont make it to go away,
