SIM SWAP DELAY ***

I wanted to terminate my contract to venture into the prepaid market. They suspended my service abruptly & then I had to call them only for the agent to tell me to rica the sim card at any of their participating partners first. I go to a PEP store, there they tell me I must buy a sim from them in order to rica, 24 hours later & that sim is still not active. I go to the Cresta Vodacom repair shop and there they tell me to buy a new sim card too. I then call the call center after the store has rica it and they say wait 3 hours and it shoud be working. 3 hrs later and the sim is now deactivated I call the call entre again & Liziwe tells me to go & Rica the sim card again, after edplaining that this is ridculous she says okay wait another 3 hours and it should be working or she can automatically acitivate me if i go back on contract. 3 hours lapsed & nothing ..... a total of 48hours after they suspend my account & I am still not able to use my phone...to do any banking... contact my clients...very disappointed that i have to speak to so many people and yet every Vodcaom employee gives you a different opinion of how it should work. Very disappointed....I just hope that i may just maybe get a phoen call from them for a change to assist me...becasue i will have a room full of sim cards at this rate PLEASE just port my no. ********** 602
