Sim Swap and Upgrade done in my name

Dear Vodacom, on the 13th May 2015 your Lenasia outlet , specifically shop L4 at the Traderoute mall, allowed a ********** transaction to occur under my name. A sim swap and an upgrade was performed using the contract that i have with Vodacom. I am deeply appalled at how easily this was done and i hope this is investigated thoroughly and the perpetrators brought to book. Now i have to be billed an excessive amount under my current financial constraints while Vodacom investigates!! Thereafter, Vodacom would have seen the last of me as a customer. Very upset!!!
