Every time I try to get assistance from these guys there is always a hassle to get that assistance and getting through customer service now it is referring me to useless TOBY that keeps asking irrelevant questions I even went as far-reaching out on Facebook you guys took my details will receive a callback still waiting

I lost my sim card and my cousin sent me cash I need my number to access this because I need that cash to buy grocery for my kid and go to work later today but you guys dont care about customer journey you claim to be the best, best of what? cant even get through to customer service without speaking to useless TOBY even chat service TOBY is there I mean you guys that cheap? I only call customer service only once a year and everytime i do I dont get the service will be writing this to Hellopeter service is appalling just hire more staff stop being cheap
