SIM Swap

After a ********** SIM swap on my business account, I have now spent 4 days trying to get my Cell phone number to work. This is pathetic service considering this a primary business contact number and the business relies heavily on being available to clients on this number.

I have spoken to countless people and nobody is knows how to fix the problem and when you raise your voice out of pure frustration they support person is very quick to put the phone down on you.

I would just like to say that it is amazing how the ********** are able to do a SIM swap on the same day and have been using my account for 3 days now and run up a bill of R35,000.00 in international calls and me as the legitimate owner of the number with a proper copy of ID Company letter head and proof of residence is un able to get my number to work over a period of 4 days.

It is clear that this is an inside job and that Vodacom is lacking in systems as when I do as SIM swap I get notified but when a ********* does it no notifications are sent out to the effect.

We are now approaching the 5th day ... Please Vodacom do something, and I cant wait for the fight I am going to have when it comes time for me to pay the R35,000.00 account.
