sim swap

I have never received such appalling service from a Vodacom shop. I went to newtown juncton after a fun walk at mary fitzgerald square get to the vodacom shop and ask how much is it to do a sim swap was advised that its R100 rands. The sim swap was firstly processed on a incorrect number which i was told it will be cancelled and the guy continued to make another sim swap with the correct number. The guy seemed dis-interested in working.

The guy took the R100 made me sign a confirmation and didnt even provide a receipt for the payment two hours later the sim swap was completed for the number i requested for as well as the other incorrect number that was meant to be cancelled. So i lost connection on that number that i was promised will be cancelled for the sim swap.

For the inconvience caused by that consultant at Vodacom shop Newtown junction i had to travel from home now going to The Glen Mall Vodacom shop to get another sim swap and waited for two hours to get the simswap activated. I have never had such poor service from vodacom i am really dissappointed.
