Sim Swap

Good Morning<br> <br> Last year I bought two Vodafone tablets at Game on the R99 deal where the one sim card gets top up data of 500meg and the other one is top up.My 5 year old daughter removed her simcard form the tablet and the sim got lost.I noticed that the sim is lost and contacted Vodacom customer car to do a sim swap,they said I should go to a vodashop and they will assist me.I went all the way to the Menlyn shop and they told me that they cant help me cause I don't know the 5 last dialled nrs and that is should just buy a sim card and contact the call centre and they will assist me in doing the sim swap.I went back,bought the sim card and contacted the call centre and they ask me who the owner is of the simcard,so I said its my 5 year old daughter sim.They insisted in talking to the 5 year old and asked her questions and after that asked to speak to me and told met that they cant do the sim swap cause the 5 year old couldn't answer the questions.This is such pathetic service cause how do you expect a 5 year old to answer those questions.
