Sim swap

I received a call from a call centre person named Sipho Gumede, he used this number ***. He told me someone was busy doing sim swap on my number so he called to confirm if it was me. He wanted me to answer his security questions which I refused to answer because I've been a vodacom customer for years and have done numerous sim swap and I have never received a call to confirm. Instead an sms is sent to my number to make me aware of the sim swap. <br> Has vodacom procedures changed? If yes, I'm disappointed because I'm the customer I deserve to know of all changes in T&C's <br> <br> I called him back after he dropped the phone on me and he answered. When I ask him why is he doing vodacom business with his personal cell phone, he said it's an open line. <br> <br> I wanna feel safe as a customer.
