Vodacom please help me to perform a sim swap on my mom cell phone number *** she lives in rural areas and she doesn't have access to visit any VodaCom retail store, we attempted to phone VocaCom customer care they couldn't assist us because they said we fail to answer their funny security questions, nobody anticipate lose a phone therefore an old lady cannot recall every stupid question they ask.
