Sim swap

I went to do a sim swap at Vodacom shop on both my contract and Pre-paid sim cards, the guy at the counter was able to assist me with my contract Sim swap and not my Pre-paid sim card, he advised me me to get an affidavit at a police station to say that the sim card is mine before I can do that Sim swap. Understandable, as I exited the shop I was approached by a very pleasant young lady who offered to give me a Vodacom sim card for free and was prepared to do a sim swap, as long as I paid R29 for the air time and receive free R250 air time when the R29 airtime was used.
