SIM swap
Good morning
I called the call center to do a SIM swap but they are telling me I must go to the branch to do a SIM swap but I am able to answer all their security questions over the phone .I have been using Vodacom for a very long time but I am really disappointed by the service I am getting .can someone please assist me in doing SIM swap over the phone
