SIM SWAP

I visited Vodacom 4U at westgate mall, Roodepoort. As a new client that wanted to leave my current service provider and go for better services, vodacom was my chosen service provider, I had all the required documents as I wanted to purchase a sim card and port it, I really couldn't believe it when that lady told me they don't offer that service on a Friday, is Friday not a business day for vodacom? This lady suggested I come on Monday, the cherry ontop is when she said they offer the service from 9 am until 12pm, I mean honestly, am I expected to skip work in order to get service from Vodacom. This encounter was seriously ridiculous. I'm not impressed and I'm not going back there. I'll go where they value my business.
