SIM stops working, then next day there is extra R800 spend on my contract

I was away fishing at the Vaal River for the weekend, my phone worked perfectly the whole weekend until Saterday afternoon (22/04/2017) at around 17:00. The signal bars disappeared and an eroor message read "sim not provisioned #mm2" I thought nothing of it at the time. Sunday morning on my way home I stopped at the Fochville Vodacom shop. They checked the system and said everything is active so it must be an sim card issue. Ended up paying for a new sim card and they did a sim swop. I had to leave the sim out for 3 hours. This was done 09:20. I reinserted the sim card roughly 17:30 that afternoon and still it didnt work. I then checked my vodacom account online and saw that R500 was credited for "airtime transfer" and that roughly R330 worth of international calls was made. I did not transfer airtime to anyone and also did not make international calls as obvioulsy my sim card was not working. I reported the matter Sunday night(23/04/2017) via e-mail and this morning (24/04/2017) via telephone. I was told it will take 7 to 14 days to investigate. REF number is 1- ********** ********** . If are going to make me pay for this, I WILL cancel my contract, pay the early cancellation fee and move to MTN.

Secondly, Fochville Vodacom did not even ask me proof of my identity in order to do a SIM swop, so I could have gotten a sim for any number I wanted. This is probably how my sim got "cloned/******" in the first place.

What the hell happened Vodacom????

Received a response from Vodacom today requesting a copy of my ID and a affidavit in order to launch a ***** investigation. So far so good Vodacom.

So on Wednesday afternoon (26/04/2017) at 17:00 my phone stopped working. Phoned Vodacom only to be told that there is a block on my account and I must phone back on Friday the 28th of April as it is past 5 and the persons who can help does not work after 5 and also not on public holidays (27/04/2017) So I phone Vodacom on Friday, to tell the truth I phoned them about 10 times, everytime a call centre agent places me through to someone (at accounts department) who said they fixed the problem and that it will work once I restart my phone. It still does not work today (02/05/2017).

Friday afternoon I spoke to a lady named Eva at the *****/forensics department that said that that ***** was detected and proved on uy account and that she will open the accouont again for use. Well, it is almost a week now and my account is still blocked.
