Sim problem and prime problems yet again.
Please help! I have a problem. I can't receive calls even though I have recharged to activate my Sim card. I was also promised a 12 month prime subscription with free 3 gig to use on this service but only received it for one month and haven't received it for this month. Please email me back so that I can give you another number where you can contact me and help me solve this problem. Thank you in advance.

They really came through even though at times I was hard to get due to my busy schedule but they kept trying to get to me to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I want to especially thank the nice gentleman who assisted me with my query, he did a fantastic job I must say. I just wish more were like him.
