Sim port without identification

Thanks to vodacom's negligence almost R9000.00 has been ****** from my fianc?'s, Pieter Potgieter, bank account. Vodacom decided to port his number to the MTN sim of a hacker without asking for proper identification. So, it was so easy for the hacker to receive al his one time pins. If Vodacom followed the steps they should have, he wouldn't have lost all that money. He and I will gladly take our business elsewhere and tell the world about your poor customer services, because Vodacom wasn't even able to tell me where the port was done.
