Sim port issues
Requested a sim port from Cellc to Vodacom and followed all the steps required however the SIM has still not been transferred till date despite going into the branch and calling Vodacom numerous times.
The SIM card for Vodacom is not working and when you call you have to waste time and airtime listening to options presented by a robot. For absolutely no resolution to be reached.
