Sim only deal

Tried buying a sim only deal with Vodacom on February and the consultant sold me a home internet sim, and was told to insert the sim in my phone when i get home the sim should be working and was not working went there the second day and explained my problem and was told to buy a home router which I did not need and requested that they cancel the contract as what they gave me was not what I wanted, till this date the contract is not canceled and its still debiting in my account and the sim was taken by one of the consultants and was told that the contract was cancelled, so ****ed and disappointed by all this
