Sim off line, and no support from Vodacom.

1 star is way overrated for the bad service. My number is off line for 4 days now, a number I use for business and Vodacom seems in no rush to sort this out. My number was transferred from my private account to business and now number seems to be missing in the system. On Sunday no one could assist because it is Sunday, (though vodacom is a 24/7 service) Monday needs to log a call with told me that it will be resolved within 24h....no luck. Shop assistant says there is nothing they can do in store, it is a matter to be sorted by Vodacom head office. Head office is so **** and rude if asked for feedback? So what to do........ Change service provider?
