Sim not provisioned

I have had an issue with my sim card for almost 3 months now and no one at vodacom is helpful. I am very disappointed with vodacom so much that i can never recommend it to anyone. Their service is so terrible and consultants are so rude. No one is able to tell me why my sim is not working, i have no network and i am puzzled as to how come they can not pick up where the issue is and it seems no one at vodacom actually cares. They do not value thier clients.
