Sim lock

I worked for the company under TechM but left in 2023 Dec, In Feb 2024 my sim was hard locked and I had to go to the store to have it sorted. Now again from the 13th of Feb you guys locked my sim for what?? I am struggling to have it opened even worse that I am using this SIM card for calls and I am currently applying for jobs. I missed out on an interview because of this. I went to Parow Centre store but this time around they could not help me they told me to speak to my administrator. Who is my administrator when I’m no longer working for you? Why am I facing problems as if you guys provided this sim to me?? Is this not my SIM card? Are you guys providing me with anything from your side because as far as I know my sim is now on prepaid. Please fix this as it is an inconvenience for me.
