sim card only deal

call the contract dept yesterday ref no ********** 1 agent name LM Masekol did an application only to get a response that contract was not approved or declined but rather states REFER the agent said she will call after 15min to give feedback to no avail, called this morning went to through 5 different people only to be advised that it was declined but they cannot advise why ?was told to call again and re-apply ! do i move to another service provider ?
