SIM CARD

I took a contract with vodacom 2023 via the call they delivered the phone but not the sim card I called to ask about my Sim card over and over and they kept telling me stories up until last week they told me it was returned because they didn't found but funny I was the 1 who received the phone they refuse to give my Sim and all my airtime and data they say I must do a Sim swap while they holding on to my Sim card vodacom are ****med and they still takes my money while the contract ended last year November can I please get justice and get my Sim cardd
