I have been without a working phone for a week now. Sim swop that went south because it was never processed. Then numerous calls to the customer care line. If I hear "just switch your phone off for another 4 hours" one more time I going to throw my phone against the wall. The guy from Cellucity at 'The Point' in Sea Point told me very 'hush hush' that Vodacom had been hacked, do I look like a retard?

I went to Vodacom4U yesterday to redo the whole sim swop thing. They told me that Cellucity never processed my sim, thanks. So I redid all the paperwork and bought a new replacement sim (still need to take back original sim to Cellucity to get a refund). The guy said that I need to wait between 2-24hours for the activation. 24 hours later and sim has still not been activated!

Apparently Vodacom systems are down again..I just want a phone that works. Is that too much to ask?
