Silent ******s strike again (Part 2)

Last month I posted a review on how Vodacom continues to charge me for insurance that I have numerous times asked to be cancelled.

The very next day I got a response from Vodacom, apologizing for the inconvenience and they promised to do something about it right away. On 17 June 2016 I received an sms saying that insurance has been cancelled with immediate effect.

I was impressed and really grateful, but decided to wait for the end of the month before I post another review thanking them. When my debit orders went off beginning of this month, lo and behold, so did the full amount on my Vodacom account with my R 74.56 insurance still very much in tact.

Nothing was cancelled and again I am paying Vodacom money for a service on a phone I am no longer using.

This has been going on since February this year. It has been four months since I have requested this to be removed from my bill. 4 times R 74.56 is nearly R300 they have been *****ing from me this year.

Once again, I am utterly disappointed at Vodacom's inability to deliver customer service.

Can I please get my money back now? Enough is enough.
