Silence after being caught out.

Ive posted a complaint 10 days ago, it has been established that i have been overcharhed by vodacom, in other words they have been *****ing from me and de*****ing me....Randall was supposed to get back to me, the branch manager phoned me and because i stated the facts the call was dropped not even a reaolution was reached.....Randall and only Randall to call me and tell me how we are going to resolve.
