Signed a one way deal with the devil and theres no way out it seems

After signing up with Vodacom more than 10 years ago, it never occured to me that they would **** me in the way that they have. 3 months ago, I cancelled a contract however they continue to debit my account incorrectly. Since then I have been calling in for them to correct this however they keep misleading me saying things like "it has been cancelled" and that they will give me a special offer where I will only pay 79 pm.

I am yet to receive this offer and this got me wondering if whether i am dealing with ********s. I spoke to an agent this morning by the name of SIBUSISO and his words will never exit my conscience, as when I called to enquire about my experience, his words were "what do you expect me to do". I then advised him that he has no way of speaking or dealing with customers as I work in a similar industry, he then told me "FOR YOUR INFORMATION, IM WORKING 5 YEARS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE", this got me thinking, if Vodacom can employ someone so *********** for 5 years, then I shudder to think, what exactly are the requirement for a job there, as at my employer, a basic requirement is to have ettiquette. It seems the requirements to work at Vodacom is incompetence.

Vodacom has disappointed over the years but it seems they have now upped their game in terms of trying to frustrate me as it now seems they are intent on ******** me. The team leader, SICELO then made a promise to call me at 12 today, however nearly 3 hours later, I am yet to receive assistance. Both agent and teamleader was arrogant and left me with an impression that Vodacom is unfixable. The quality of service rendered thus far, is putrid. Such companies should cease to exist as they behave like Guptas thinking they have the right mislead, deceive and disrespect their customers. Their behaviour is disgusting and all companies should all ties with a company that cant even get the basics right.
