Signed a contract with Vodacom? Similar to signing a Contract with the devil no turning back. Definitely a Contract from hell.

So few days ago I wrote a complain about my vodacom phone contract bill which keeps on increasing so Vodacom rep**** and the person who helped me was really nice, helpful and he assured me they will investigate the R66 extra billing. So today I got a call from Afrizon who are partners with vodacom the ones who I made this phone contract with so the consultant tells me that she got an email ( No reply) kinda email with an instruction that they must explain to me that the R66 extra billing is a system error but however they can't refund or cancel on their side and that the problem I with Vodacom. According to the consultants Afrizon only see the initial citation which is R189 with no extra R66 so now I ask what must I do since you saying you can't do anything about it. The lady advised me to call Vodacom since she can't respond to that email which Vodacom sent to her so I just asked her if she can contact vodacom for me and tell them what she told me then Vodacom must contact me with a solution to rectify this issue, Problem with Vodacom is that I will get different consultants and I have to explain my issue over and over again and the consultants will still have no clue on what to do. Right now I know my billing was increased by Vodacom for reason which I don't understand and I feel like they do this intentionally, they sell you a different deal then when you in they increase rates then tell you that yoy can't cancel because this is what you signed up for, I am only few months within the contract and I am full of regrets, never in my entire life ever take a contract with Vodacom, this is too much to deal with I feel like I have been ****med.
