Signal strength in Paradise Beach, 3 Ramsey ave.
The Manager.
I am trying to get a complaint listed on your website, but i don't seem to have the correct procedure.
There-for i'm now mailing this complaint through to you. I lodged a complaint about a very weak signal at my residence, which is also my bussiness address, to Vodacom's customer line at 082155, as i am unable to send or receive e-mails, use the internet, do my banking business or making phone calls. Vodacom responded within an hour by sending me a sms with a ref no A1-XOJQ-HYD2X3, to acknowledge my complaint. On Wednesday 1 April 2015 a gentleman called me to find out what the problem is. After i explained to him, he said that they will send a person on Thursday 2 April 2015. from their Port Elizabeth branch to come and do a signal test at my residence. Needless to say, no-one pitched. On Teusday 7 April i called the 082111 customer care line. i was referred to a Mr Faidan Potgieter at ***. Mr potgieter sai he will look into the matter and call me back the same afternoon. He only called back on Thursaday 9 April to tell me that \he will see"if he gets a chance to come out to my place on Friday 10 April to do the signal test."""
