Good Morning Vodacom

Please can I get some assistance

I have been trying for some time now to get a signal booster installed at my property in brackenhurst, but still I am having no joy...

My parents have had MTN out at their property and at no charge and with not struggle MTN installed one. Not sure why I am struggling with Vodacom
