Signal problems

I am just not happy about the query I had placed with Vodacom regarding a network issue in my area “leopard rest security estate”. The place has no signal at all and I have called Vodacom twice to get the issue resolved. However, all I get from them it’s an sms saying the issue is resolved while the issue is going on. I just want out of their contract.
