Signal

I have been complaining about signal issues on and off for the past 5 years and things are now getting worse !!!

Over the last few months I have probably phoned Vodacom 10 – 20 times complaining about signal issues in my area. I have three Vodacom contacts and it cost me quite a bit on money every month and the issues are just getting worse and worse.

I work for an international company and it is embarrassing having to tell clients the whole time “sorry I can assist right now as I don’t have any network”.

I upgraded my mobile device to a Samsung Galaxy S7 and I now have absolutely no signal. On my data network I was told that the USB that I was using is old I have to upgrade, which I did, and things are now even worse.

I get told that the problem are being escalated but then never hear anything back. I think I received a call from Vodacom once this year since all my complaining. I am literary connect for 2 seconds then the connection drops and so it carries on.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can we have this looked into and get a resolution to my problem.

You advertise that you have towers in remote areas (three old ladies travelling through to mountains and they find a tower) however in more residential areas there are no network !!!!
