If it was possible to give a 0 rating, this would be more fitting. Absolutely disgustingly poor service from Vodacom. They are very quick to sign you up every month and debit you swiftly each month, but when it comes to actually having to cancel your contract, they are useless. Spoken to 8 different consultants on a number of occasion with absolutely to resolution to my request. If you would like to be stuck with a Vodacom contract, even after it was due to end(and you notified them within the stipulated time), sign up now! Disgusting service. I will be changing my prepaid service provider as well.
