Sickening Vodacom thieving ************ forcing payments long after contracts

VODACOM Once again the professional ************ are at it again. The story is this I am fed up with sms's of my account or accounts are in a arrears. I have no contracts with Vodacom since November last year and even when I tried canceling each of my contracts I had to bring my accounts up to date before i could cancel so i dont understand how im in arrears when your systems wouldnt allow your agents to put a cancellation through while my acc were in arrears. On one of the numbers I was forced to extend my contract by another month because i made a 1 late payment during my 24 month contract. Then after all this and after the contracts has succesfully been CANCELED I get sms's and calls about arrears accounts Ive even borrowed money from family to pay these accounts as I am unemployed which is also the only reason I am canceled my contracts. I have been a loyal vodacom customer for over 15 but Ive come to realise I was blind and after this ordeal I doubt Vodacom will be my prefered choice when Im back on my feet.
