Sick & tired of vodacom and terrible service! Stop robbing people

I've called the call centre, been to the Voda store, after voda store right to midrand and still nothing... I'm sick and tired of contacting the same people with the same ****ty attitude telling me the same **** everyday..

When taking out the contract it was the easiest thing to do, I got all the help I needed as soon as I need the help to sort my account out I have endless problems... I've had my account longer then 5 years, vodacom calls me to take out new contracts but as soon as I need to sort out a bill for R17 000 I can't get help... a bill that was always R 3500 to R17000 where in what hell did that ever happen?..

What do I do now? I'm so sick and tired of this bull**** now I think it's time I take this higher!!!

Vodacom this is ridiculous. Worst service ever
