It took me over a week and numerous numerous phone calls to the call centre to finally receive a quote, which was all i wanted, to settle my account. Wasted so much money, time and effort on trying to drag this out of someone. I settle it immediately and my number is converted to Cell C a few days later. At the end of that month 29 rand something was deducted from my account. So i leave it and figure it must be the last amount remaining. The following month 158 rand something is deducted from my account and i reverse it. I call the call centre and spend more money on these idiots and get told that nothing can be seen as my number obviously does not exist any longer!!!!!!!!!!!! No call back and no further assistance. I am still constantly receiving statements and my last states that i have over 400 rand outstanding on a number that would not have been converted in the first place if the account had not been settled!!!!!!!!!! I keep sending emails and receive no response and no call bac****!! If this dare shows up on my credit record there is going to be hell to pay. I have put up with endless frustrations over the amount of time that i was with Vodacom and that is precisely why i changed over in the first place and enough is enough now!!!!!!! Wake the hell up and start training your staff, that clearly have no idea what they are doing, efficiently!!!!!!! I had been a loyal customer to Vodacom for years and never missed a payment and this is what i get in return. So it has now been another two weeks later. No one bothered to pick the phone up and call me. I received an email from a woman named Rashieda who is entirely *********** and useless!!!! Our conversation went on, over email, for about 5 days and i would receive one response from her daily. She has not been able to assist me and was not able to answer any of my questions. She simply sent me my statement and demanded i make payment. Yet when i questioned the balances over and over again she was not able to answer me. She herself cannot figure it out and neither can anyone else and that is why no one will help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She stopped responding to me a week ago. I have sent mails over the last 3 days as a consultant called me also asking me to make payment as my account is in arrears and of course she doesn't reply!! She also couldn't tell me why and put me through to the legal department which before anyone even answered the call cut. What a surprise. :) Clearly this idiotic woman is never going to respond to my mails again because she obviously does not know what to tell me as i refuse to pay what i do not owe!!!!! Now someone better pick up the damn phone to call me and sort this out or i am taking this a lot further!!!!!
