SICK of vodacom.Waiting for ps4.

I went to vodacom 16 days ago for my 5th upgrade. I wanted one of the Sony phones where you can also get a ps4 for R199 extra. The phone I wanted whould take a week the sales lady said BUT she said if you take another Sony it whould get here faster as well as the ps 4. I both whould not even take a week... today is day 15 I am still waiting. I phone every day and the answer is still the same... sorry we have not received. This is abserd!!!!! There are NO client satisfaction all the want is sighning new deals. Why didnt they TELL me it was gonna take so long. I am managing al of our managers phones at work and all 21 of them are dew for upgrade next month. Im canceling ALL of the, and going to MTN... vodacom was by far the best, but now they are worst then the wost.
