sick of vodacom

I cancelled contract years ago, still showing R2 outstanding on credit report. Vodacom has reported me to the credit agencies, saying I owe R2. When i called vodacom they sais the amount to to less for them to take off my accoun so they will write it off. I call them every few months but The R2 is still showing on my credit reports!!
