SICK of Vodacom!!!

My phone is majority of the time on wifi. I received numerous sms's all at the same time. Advising data remaining and then received Sms to advise no data. Later on a Sms advising my phone is soft locked. This is RIDICULOUS!!! I then call the call centre and they answer but are busy chatting in the background. I then cut the call n redial. This time after a bit someone responds to me saying hello while they again busy chatting in the background. Pathetic service from the call centre. Chat when u not on a call with a customer. I spent an hour on the call and the problem is still not solved. I want a call to sort this issue ASAP! My phone is still soft locked after using the value to open the line.
