SICK OF VODACOM

Upgraded three weeks ago both samsung s6 edge gold faulty. My daughter a student from Pta had to drive all the way to Jhb because of phone being faulty. Still waiting for feedback!!! While complaining to Vodacom 4 u at Eastgate they dance and sing while you as a customer trying to get into their heads what your problem is. Vodacom has debit my acc but NO PHONE!!!! I am so sick of Vodacom. They just dont CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS
