SICK OF NON SERVICE

I complained to Vodacom about lack of signal in June and then on Hello Peter on the 21 Jul 15, I am still waiting for Vodacom to sort out the issue. It is all very well getting to speak to me but both of the gentleman promised to phone me back with feedback, I am still waiting and I still am having a huge problem with signal. I have been a Vodacom subscriber since 1994 on a VIP contract which doesn't make any difference. We have three people in our house all on Vodacom and we are all experiencing the same thing. Not to mention how many other people that I know who are all complaining about exactly the same thing. NO SIGNAL, CALLS ALWAYS DROPPING!!!!!
