Sick and tired of Vodacom ****s.

Hi I have an account that I opened in 2014 with Vodacom, ********** activities were done in this account in 2016 and Vodacom decided to credit my account but never informed me and I had asked Vodacom to give me something in writing of what were their findings on the investigations but up-to date still I haven't received anything. Last month(April) I received a call from Hammond & Pole Attorneys telling me that Vodacom has handed my account to them, they will be collecting the money that I owe therefore I should make payment arrangements with them to settle the account. According to the Lawyers the money I owed is R3749.79 plus interest and cost accrued from 2018/04/12. Vodacom sends me statement on a monthly basis and the last statement they sent me on the 2018/04/12 says I owe R1539.42. I understand that when an account is handed over to Lawyers there is a certain fee that I should pay but of which the guy from Hammond and pole said it was R78 and some change. On the 25/04/2018 I made arrangements with Vodacom to settle the account of which I payed R1539.42. I received an email on the 18/05/2018 from the Lawyers saying that I have an outstanding amount of R2511.00. So today I phoned the Vodacom collections Department for them to break it down for me the amount I owed before the account was handed over to the Lawyers, the lady that was assisting me said that she cannot see anything on the system because the account is with the Lawyers so she cant assist me I have to call the Lawyers. 1. How is it possible that the amount that the Lawyers and Vodacom that they say am owing be different. 2. Why cant Vodacom Collections Department cant access the clients account when handed over to the Lawyers because at the end of the day we are their customers and we paying, when we request information from Vodacom that info should be given to us. Our queries should be attended to.

I am so disappointed and fed up with Vodacom, every time I hear their name I just want to puke. They are so negligent, unprofessional and full of *********.
