Sick and tired of Vodacom robbing me

i have been a loyal Vodacom customer for over 17 years. Over these 17 years i have had different vodacom numbers. I stuck with vodacom all these years. Over the last 5 months i have seen my data run out faster then usual. So if my data runs out then i have to buy airtime to transfer it into data. I have spent probably thousands of rands buying airtime. Since November last year I realised I am not getting my smses that tell me " You have less than 15mb of data left" and usually when i recieve those smses then i know i can transfer the airtime i have into data. So me not getting those smses made the account take all of my aitime everytime without telling me they going to do so. Because of this i had to spend alot of money buying airtime and i think it is just bull****!!! This morning i called the call centre and waited 25min on the phone before i was helped. I told the gentleman my situation and he couldnt help me and said he was going to tranfer me to the right department. i waited anothe 5min on the phone and got cut off. I am not in the mood to call again and tell a different person my situation and still not be able to get helped.

I just feel that i have been treated unfair to a company that i have stayed loyal to for 17 years. Please help me!!!!!
