Sick and tired of **** service
I really have no idea how you d*ckhe*ds are still in business.
I got a call from an upgrades consultant (Azad) trying to push me to commit to an upgrade on my contract. He first told me about my current contract and then gave me a recommendation on 2 upgrade options.
Firstly, he had the amount I'm currently paying wrong, and then tried to argue with me about it as if the debit run has been running off his account for the last 2 years.
Then, he tried to tell me he can't call me back in an hour for a decision because "it's only available for another 15 minutes". When I told him it makes no sense that an upgrade offer is only available until 15:45 on a random Friday afternoon, and that he must slow his roll because I am actually interested, but I just needed to check with my sister (who actually uses the number) which upgrade option she prefers he changed the story to "we're only available for another 15 minutes" and tried to justify himself that way.
So I asked him to call back on Monday at 12:00 instead, and all of a sudden there's limited availability on the deal again.
So either a) Vodacom has a lazy salesman who is more interested in missing the rush hour traffic than actually providing a service or b) Vodacom has a dishonest, selfish b*st*rd in their sales team who is trying to rush people into making 24-month financial commitments without fair and appropriate consideration so he can make a quick buck.
And best of all, when I told Azad to slow down and stop trying to take me for an ****h*le, I also got a speech about not swearing. Sorry Dad...
So instead of upgrading, I'm cancelling.
Go and f*ck yourselves.
