Sh*t service u sell this but u want me to pay for my account but u don't do ur part

So I went to Melrose and got a exchange laptop d15 and they swapped my hdd so I don't lose anything they left out all the scres and I get home with a phone call to bring it back as drivers are not loaded and scres are missing and again I turn the laptop on and has green light aswell wat service is this vodacom selling **** things or huawie is giving bad products my friend has the matebook x 2019 with no problems like me so I need to know wat is going to happen I will not pay my account as I don't see why u should pay for somthing that is not working right selling bad products
