Shrinking air time.
Has anyone experienced blatant theft of your air time via the Video Play service. Despite no signing up for this service amounts are deducted on a daily basis from your air time. Attempts to get the situation rectified is extremely difficult with the Customer Service center proving to be absolutely pathetic to say the least. Possibly the worst service I have ever received.
