Showmax deal activation voucher expired without warning

Pls confirm I can bring in a expired showmax voucher for replacement.

Received one ad part of cell phone package. Never used it and exentually tried to activate. Just to be told it's expired.

There is nothing printed on the voucher regarding expiry.
